Chasity Moore started off as a Direct care worker in 2014 while attending Oklahoma State University pursing her bachelor's in Human Development and Family Science. She moved to Shift Supervisor where she remained for two years. In 2016 Chasity went off to obtain her master's degree in Social Work from The University of Oklahoma. In 2021 Chasity Returned to Genesis as the Program Director.
Chasity's job is overseeing the overall efficacy of the Genesis Program. She also ensures adherence to all agency, DHS and licensing standards and policies and procedures in all areas assigned. Chasity Trains all new Direct Care Staff on proper resident interactions, paperwork, facility rules, etc., including orientation and S.T.A.R.T. training. She is A certified S.T.A.R.T Trainer. She also assists in fundraising and speaks to local groups and other organizations about Genesis.
